01What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the box style, size and finishing. Digital printing allows smaller runs, while offset printing is most economical for larger volumes. Send us your quantity and we will suggest the most cost-effective option.
02How long does production take?
Lead time depends on quantity and finishing. We confirm a production schedule with every quotation, and samples are prepared before the full run.
03Can I get a sample first?
Yes. We can provide plain structural samples and printed pre-production samples so you can check fit, colour and finish before approving production.
04Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms and prepare all export documentation. We can work with your forwarder or arrange shipping for you.
05What files do you need for printing?
Print-ready PDF or AI files with fonts outlined, CMYK or Pantone references and 3 mm bleed. We send a dieline for your designer to place artwork on.
